For someone who wants to start programming in C# and ASP.NET (as well as other .NET Framework language/technologies), please which one will be the best to download as well as the one that has the complete features – is it Visual Studio Enterprise 2015, or Visual Studio Professional 2015, or Visual Studio Community 2015? And please what is the difference between them. I would like to know their their comparison as well as the hierarchy of the features to one another. Apart from these Visual Studios, are there any other ones? What about Visual Studio Express, is there something like this?

ALSO, Downloading the Visual Studio Enterprise 2015 or Visual Studio Professional 2015 from the links you gave above, does it mean that I will have to use all the complete features for free? Does it also mean that I will automatically have a (free) licence to use either of them FOR FREE?

Enterprise is not free, community version is. Also note that download links offers direct links to speed up the download/online installation, it has no direct relation with license. You have to obtain your own license to use visual studio 2015 legally.
